Born and raised in London, Ontario, Michael Bosveld brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a genuine passion for this community to every client relationship.

After earning a combined Economics and Business degree from the University of Western Ontario, Michael began his career in real estate as an appraiser in 1987, gaining a deep, analytical understanding of property value from the ground up. This foundation led him to pursue real estate sales, and he joined the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) in 1989 — launching a full-time career that has now spanned over three decades.

In 1991, drawing on his appraisal expertise and years of sales experience, Michael founded Nu-Vista Realty, a boutique brokerage built on the belief that London and area buyers and sellers deserve personalized, high-caliber service. That founding vision continues to guide the brokerage today.
