Himal came to real estate through curiosity, not convention. After completing a degree in Civil Engineering at McMaster University, an early interest in investing pulled him deeper into how the Canadian real estate market actually works. That curiosity became a career the day he sold his own investment property in London — his first real transaction, and the one that convinced him this was the work he wanted to do.

Today Himal is a Broker with Nu-Vista Pinnacle Realty Brokerage, working with clients across London and Southwestern Ontario on resale homes, new construction, and investment properties. He also helps arrange the financing behind those deals, so clients aren't juggling two separate relationships to get one result. Having built his own portfolio before helping others build theirs, he brings an investor's instincts to every transaction, and just as much patience and care to families buying their very first home in Canada. He works comfortably in English, Gujarati, Hindi and Punjabi which lets him support newcomers and multigenerational families in the language they're most at ease in.

Himal immigrated to Canada in 2006, spent his early years in Brampton, and has called London home since 2015 — long enough to know its neighbourhoods, builders, and market rhythms firsthand. Outside of work, he's usually outdoors: camping, trekking, or planning the next adventure with his wife, who is also a real estate agent and his business partner, and their two kids.
